We had a good experience. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and always eager to help. The breakfast buffet was on the average side. It had the standard options and was perfectly fine to start the day, though there is some room for improvement in terms of variety and freshness. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it !

The property and the room was clean but they could upgrade with some amenities such as an ice bucket in the rooms. Body wash, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, hand soap could enhance the experience. Staff was polite and parking was good. It is fully central and the location is good.

The initial check in was great! The lady was helpful and happy to have us. The room itself is nice although, issues with the primary phone not working and the door seemed not the seal properly. There seems to be a huge group present during our visit and we're VERY LOUD, along with the door issues, there was no buffer for the noise. The bathrooms were furnished with bottles for body wash and such but noticed they were empty. When asking the front desk clerk in the evening we were told, "You have bars of soap there don't you?", pretty rude to for a simple issue. I believe the property is in a good location, could use a bit better upkeep and staff be better accommodating.

Bed was very comfortable but the room was tiny! Shower floor looked dirty, toilet paper dispenser was ripped off the wall and the liquid soap, shampoo/conditioner were removed but they left the dispenser holders on the wall. The carpet was very dirty and the room smelled. I expected more from a Wyndham hotel!!

Not the cleanest or friendliest staff. Across from outlet mall, but also a frequent truck driver place to stay so parking was a little tricky with big rigs. Bathroom fixtures were falling off the wall. Had to ask for a hair dryer.

It served its purpose—a cheap place to stay close to the beach—but whew, it was definitely giving low-budget vibes. 😅 Leaking shower/bathroom, water coming into the room, and staff that weren’t exactly warm or welcoming. Good for families on a budget, but for my taste? I’ll spend a few extra coins next time. 😂
