"Room was nice, but there was way too much ‘verification’ things to do and way too many emails and text messages. Not sure why the hoops to go through when booking and before checking in. I have never had to go through something like this before and not sure why sending a picture of my Id, credit card, and my face was necessary instead of an in person check in at the office down the road. "
