First glance was ok until I checked in then we went to our room. THE HALLWAY STINKS AND AS SOON AS I WALKED IN MY ROOM THE SMELL GOT WORSE. I don’t normally review but this was BAD.

The walls are so thin we heard a baby cry through the night and they were not even next door to us. That room had dirty diapers outside in the hallway and that smelled bad but not as smelly as our room.

I really Enjoyed my stay here. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I do not have any complaints about this property. I will book my next stay here again. It’s in a great location. My clean was very neat and clean.

Country Inn and Suites was an affordable and nice hotel to stay at. The room we had was spacious and clean. The one thing we didn't like was all the noise that kept happening on our floor (3rd). We were trying to rest and people kept screaming and doors kept being slammed left and right.

Not a bad stay. Rooms were clean, but need a deep clean of surfaces, etc. Bed was pretty comfortable. Water pressure in my room wasn't good, nor was the water temperature regulation. The noise from adjacent rooms and the hall was a bit much at times. The AC was blocked by one of the beds so airflow in the room wasn't great. Overall, a decent solo stay for business or for a night or two.

Check in was ok. Hotel in semi run down area surrounded by closed businesses. Room appeared clean until.opened sleep.sofa to go.to bed- pizza crusts underneath, sheet for bed covered in crumbs. Took pics but nowhere to post here. Super thin mattess- could feel every spring. Rooms noisy- could every room around us, people in hall. Got no sleep. Would not stay here or at this chain again.

So the room was ok however very small and i asked for an assessible shower instead got an accessible tub. I wasnt allowed to check in before 4 which im.not used to at any other hotel. I wanst told that we had to.request full room.cleaning so our room was never cleaned we just got towels and half ofnpur trash done the floors were fullmof dirt definitely not.what im used to. The best country inn ive stayed at was in Virginia which made me like the chain but after 2 bad visits this location and one in Atlanta id never stay at country inn again id rather continue paying for 4 star hotels or better like i do but there are other 3 star hotels with better quality than here. I usually only use 3 star hotels for short visits but ita not worth it for a bad stay. Some staff was nice but the hotel overall not flexible at all and not helpful. The breakfast was bad that i was the only one to eat 1 day out of my party and only 1 day, because today my second morning i was like oh no. We went to ihop instead. The beds were not a feel of a queen felt like a double and gave me back pain uncomfortable

Check in with the specific night staff the guy was extremely rude did not appreciate his attitude he gave me because I did not check in at 4 pm and I arrived way after and spoke to me like that was an issue which I was not obligated to check in exactly at 4. Which rubbed me the wrong way and will never stay there only because of his unprofessionalism.
