This home features a fully-equipped kitchen complete with a microwave and dishwasher, as well as a washer, dryer, central heat and air conditioning, and ceiling fans. Four TVs and Wi-Fi are also provided. Sleeping accommodations include one king and one queen-sized bed, two twin-over-twin bunk beds, and a queen-sized sofa bed. Outdoor amenities include a sundeck and ample parking (some covered). Dog friendly. Limit two dogs - 70-pound maximum weight limit if bringing one dog, 50-pound maximum weight limit per dog if bringing two. Please see the office for pet policy details. Conveniently located close to some of the best area attractions, Garden City Beach is directly south of Surfside Beach and ends on a peninsula at the mouth of Murrells Inlet. One of the most renowned attractions in Garden City Beach is the Pier at Garden City. Other points of interest include Marlin Quay Marina and restaurants such as Sara J's Seafood Restaurant, Gulfstream Café, and Original Sam's Corner. Just south of Garden City Beach is Murrells Inlet, a seaside community considered the "Seafood Capital of South Carolina" and home to some of the nation's best golf courses. Once primarily a fishing village, the town is best known for the Murrells Inlet MarshWalk, a half-mile-long boardwalk overlooking a pristine salt marsh, and the many award-winning restaurants along Highway 17 Business in the central business district. May 30, 2025 #### Nice and clean and close to Beach! Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was very roomy except for guest bath- toilet too close to vanity w/no leg room. Need a closet in Master. Saw one roach in kitchen😞. Other than that, beds comphy, clean and had all kitchen wear needed. I’d recommend a newer umbrella to use in patio table. The one in carport closet old, rusty and lots of spider webs.
