Great Teacher Retreat!
From the location to the size of the beautiful property, our group had an amazing time with one another! The room accommodations were great and just right for the 14 of us to space out, except for the the fact that the bunk beds were really designed for children and we did not notice any description of the sizing for those beds. Loved being so close and being able to see the ocean, as well as, having a pool and hot tub! These were a definite plus! We loved the home and would stay again!

Our Christmas 1st family vacation
Our stay was exceptionally. We definitely doing it again. Everyone had their own bathroom and the kids had a ball. Love the location, really going to try to get this location for the summer or fall...... Clean, spacious, and clean. The only things needed was a waffle maker and bigger pot. Otherwise, everything we needed was there.

Attractive but maintenance was lacking!
I was disappointed with the level of maintenance. The master shower and kitchen sink had mold. The master bedroom carpet not only needed cleaning, but had two large black spots as you entered. The area around the front door nob was black with dirt and use. I know that if there are back to back rentals, it hard to do a good cleaning, but if you cannot maintain a reasonable level of maintenance, your price should be adjusted or hire more people to maintain this property. I loved the location and furnishings were as listed, but please do what you need to do to make this better! Paint, mold remover, elbow grease!!! PS: The kitchen cabinets and drawers were a mess.

Kind hosts and a great property!
We loved this space - plenty of room for our whole group and well-stocked! We had some bad weather on the last day of our trip and the hosts even called to see if we needed to stay an extra night because they didn't want us to have to travel in dangerous conditions. So kind! Would highly recommend.

Nicely decorated and many amenities. Best was the private pool and close access to beach with complimentary umbrella and 2 chairs put up by lifeguard daily. Also a bathroom for each bedroom. Good communication with owners.

The house was perfectly located right near the beach. It easily accommodated our 4 families where everyone was comfortably situated. The stove was damaged and they fixed it the day we arrived. Could not have had a better experience for the trip.

Love that the beach umbrella and two chairs were included and setup by the life guard everyday. Plenty of beach towels and bathroom towels for everyone. The place is very well designed for the space and the en-suite bathroom for each bedroom was a winning factor. Thanks for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful home.
