This Home: Our Carolina Cottage is a beach oasis! After a day out on the beach, come sip a glass of wine on your personal deck and view the expansive sunset. Or watch the tide come in and out while flocks of white egrets feed and crabs dance through the reeds. Relax with a cocktail in hand as you relax in the privacy of your secluded oasis. With breathtaking views, your eyes will never be bored.

Our home was carefully thought of with you in mind. Enjoy the boutique feel of beautiful designer touches throughout. Four bedrooms with four full baths (bath/shower combo in each), all with private access from each bedroom. Brand new large flat screen Smart TVs in every room. Cook your family delicious meals with our fully equipped kitchen; stocked with pots, pans, dishes, and utensils. All beached out? Come and swim in our refreshing community pool that is shared with only five other homes. You will enjoy every moment at Down by the C!

New heating and air units were installed so that our guests will be the most comfortable! 2 NEST Thermostats, High Speed Wifi, Cable, Keypad Entry / Smart Lock (no need to keep up with keys). We provide cozy linens, towels, shampoo, conditioner, and soap. We even have a pack n' play with fresh sheets provided for you if you are bringing a sweet little one. Save your vacation time and let us take care of everything for you.

Our raised beach house sits on stilts/pylons, which make it great for protected space and play, but can make parking a little tight under the house. 3 parking spaces, with additional parking available upon request.

Location! A short walk to the beach (280 feet)! On the Murrells Inlet sound. Visit the Garden City Pier, restaurants, shops and arcade just a few blocks away! And no week at the beach is completeA short drive north are all the attractions and shopping of Myrtle Beach, Broadway at the Beach, Coastal Grand Shopping Center, Ripley's Aquarium, and more! Visit Brookgreen Gardens just minutes away in Murrells Inlet to view one of the world's largest collections of sculptures by American artists in a lush outdoor setting, along with a zoo and butterfly garden. A little further south is Pawley's Island, home of famous Rope Hammocks stores, followed by the gorgeous waterfront of Georgetown. No trip here is complete with eating at one of the many many waterfront restaurants at the Murrels Inlet Marshwalk (A quaint picturesque waterfront boardwalk that stretches over half a mile along the waterway and estuary and is lined with lively eateries offering nightly live music). Don't forget Hunington State Park, which is right next door. There, you can catch real live alligators in their natural habitat as you stroll along endless wooden walkways (don't worry; walkways are raised up and have railings to the gators can't get too close to you). Wild Water and Wheels is right down the street and provides the thrills of a full size water park and go carts.

The person renting Down by the C must be 25 years or older, have a valid credit card, and be present for the entire rental. Unfortunately, we cannot allow pets. No smoking is allowed. Max amount of guests allowed is 18.

Guest Access:
All guests will be provided a 4 digit code to use on a Keypad in the door.

Other Things to Note:
We do provide all clean linens/towels, blankets. The only thing we don't provide is beach towels. So feel free to bring your own!

Interaction with Guests:
Enjoy the entire house. It's all yours! We're here for you as much or as little as you want. We will be available by text, email or phone, throughout your stay.
