All of the main areas have been upgraded and there is plenty of dishes, cookware etc. check-in was easy and the host is responsive. The only negative is the outdoor grill. Unless you plan on spending a day cleaning it, it is not usable. It doesn’t appear it's been cleaned between guests or ever. We rent a gas grill and have it delivered for the week. Otherwise the area is lovely and the addition of the golf cart is great for tooling around the neighborhood. ##### Dana T. Just buy your food and you're good to go. They have succeeded in making this a worry free vacation home. Everything is top of the line. We enjoyed all the games downstairs. Every one we encountered in Ocean Side Village were very friendly. The golf cart was an added bonus and made trips to the beach quick and easy. You do have to buy a card to access the beach parking and all gates except the main entrance. It is $30 and you get $10 back when you return it. It is a great neighborhood and great home.
