"Beautiful home in a breathtaking location! It is a perfect central point for visiting all locations in Tuscany. The house has everything you need and is spdead out on 4 floors so everyone has privacy.Gianluca is a very gracious host and makes sure everything is top notch during your stay. I would definitely reccomend for anyone looking for a memorable vacation experience!"

"Everything. Beautifully furnished room,quite unique,comfy large bed ,fantastic brand new shower,huge sink,lovely bathroom, spotlessly clean throughout. Blackout curtains. Excellent lighting. Wonderful breakfast included with table service and s huge selection of food. Pancakes are delicious. .an amazing view from the restaurant on 5th floor. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Has great spa facilities but I did not use them. Right in the centre of Montecatini terme in a great position,5 mins by foot from train station and bus stop . All the amenities and shops on your doorstep, restaurants, cafes,etc. Can't fault it and would definitely return and recommend it.to anyone. Value for money unbeatable. "

"We spent our honeymoon here as we were married in San Miniato. The staff was wonderful especially Laura! There was a slight issue with our room, not only were they considerate, they upgraded our room and sent a gift to our room complimentary once hearing about our wedding. We will definitely make this a priority to our next visit!"

"The booking was easy and the room was clean and comfortable. Really liked the convenience of prepaid parking; the car was in a secure and safe gated area. The front desk staff was both cordial and courteous. Especially Rafael, had has quite the witty sense of humour. Thanks to Expedia we found this hotel and I would highly recommend. It made our stay in Montecatini all that much more enjoyable. "
