“The cottage has everything a family needs but the communications around check-in was very poor and hotels.com's customer service was unwilling to provide any assistance. I would have thought some level of quality control helped justify hotels.com's commission. Either way, the cottage is managed by the building next door and this is where you need to go to collect the key. ”

“Sign board of Annex building is not clear. Luckily the male staff came out from main building, guiding me (car) to Annex building. He is very friendly and enthusiastic to introduce onsen inside hotel. This is a very old hotel over 200 years. Room furniture is very old. Light is dark.
