We stayed mid August and found the beach non crowed and very well maintained. The building was always spotless the covered garage to park was fantastic. You are next door to a restaurant and a small water park not sure the water park might belong to the hotel next door but they shut it down early enough that it was no issue. The location was great, the views were great, and both the building and the condo have been well maintained. Sal (the owner) was amazing. This was our first time using VBRO, and he made the process seamless, and really wanted to make sure everything went well for our trip. You can tell he really cares about ensuring that your trip goes as good as possible. I would recommend this for your next stay in Myrtle Beach. ##### Bill A. A big thank you to Sal and his family for the hospitality using their unit for the Labor Day weekend. Communication was top notch, accommodations were excellent and the unit was very nice.
