Good: 1 front desk staff. I called and they came and checked me in right away. 2 The beds were comfortable. 3. The TV worked well. 4. The view was great. Bad. The place was disgustingly dirty. Roaches everywhere. The bedside lamp did not work and the door lock was a joke.

It is ocean front with every room ocean balcony. Property is very old and worn, room was clean as possible given the condition of the space. Great view and cheap price for location. short walk to beautiful beach. If you're picky, this is not for you.

Maintenance needed.

Staff was great. Excellent cleaning staff. Ice machine broken. Balcony door lock broken. Most of the motel needs to be updated and repaired. Very good rates, so you get what you pay for.

Doors dont seal no dead bolt lock broken mini fridge poor water pressure in shower i have no idea how to use streaming tv the ocean view was the best part of the hotel elevator felt unsafe no ice machine working no shops near by within walking distance but was a quiet area

We enjoyed our stay. Everything all in all was good they did have a leak in the ceiling in the bathroom that was so bad i was scared something would fall in on us at any moment. No wifi but didnt matter as much cause we spent most of our time on the beach which was just a minute walk which we enjoyed very much.
