We contacted host and she responded quickly. She gave us a couple things to try, but they didn’t work. We spent an uncomfortable night. A repairman was there mid morning to get it fixed. If you’ve never had anything go wrong at your rental place you’re either incredibly lucky or you haven’t traveled much, because things can go wrong. What’s important is the responsiveness of the host. This host was very apologetic and addressed the problem as quickly as she could. Neat. Clean. Perfectly located. Plenty of linens, dishware, silverware, pots, pans etc. The host was super communicative and even helped me find a place to park a small utility trailer nearby as the Condo property themselves do not allow such vehicular parking (it's a golf course property, they don't want people tearing in and out or bringing large, noisey vehicles). I loved my week there. The property manager was very friendly and easy to get a hold of and I would 100% recommend this place to stay.
