Suite remodelada de 1 habitación en Patricia Grand Resort, vista al mar, perros bienvenidos

Esta suite está ubicada en el 4to piso con un gran balcón y una vista increíble. El dormitorio privado cuenta con cama king size y TV de pantalla plana grande, decoración y muebles nuevos y modernos. ¡Despierta mirando el océano! Qué puede ser mejor que eso? Puedes disfrutar de una increíble vista al mar tanto desde el dormitorio como desde la sala de estar. También hay dos balcones. El amplio balcón de la sala de estar con una excelente vista al mar y un balcón más pequeño forman el dormitorio con vista a la ciudad / al atardecer. Para acomodar a cuatro invitados adicionales, hay una cama plegable y un sofá cama Queen en la sala de estar. También hay un televisor de pantalla plana y una mesa de comedor con 4 sillas. La cocina recientemente remodelada con encimera de granito está equipada con platos básicos, cubiertos y ollas y sartenes para preparar algunas comidas cuando no está de humor para salir. I'll just list what was wrong and you can decide if you'd want to vacation here. Broken/missing refrigerator door racks, cracks in the ceiling stucco, stains on the tub floor, patio door lock inoperable, mattresses horrible, bedding ill fitting extremely worn, floor was very dirty. Pulled the couch away from the wall and found a half eaten peach from Lord knows when.filthy we found nm

Clean, comfortable, view of beach

We enjoyed staying at the place. We had everything we needed, the bed and Murphy bed were comfortable, and it was clean. We could cook and watch the ocean from the balcony.

Very Beautiful Property-Great views

This property was immaculate when I arrived. The living room and bedroom have beautiful views, as indicated on the site. I was able to find everything I needed in the kitchen and bath. Since I drove, I brought all my own necessities like towels and accoutrements for my dogs. My daughter was unable to come with me, but this property would have been ideal for two adults to share. It’s like two studio apartments in one. I would have enjoyed smart TVs or some kind of digital streaming option. Guests could bring their own. Parking was easy and all check-in information was clear and helpful. I highly recommend!

Sparse furniture

We walking in and the musty smell was overwhelming. The kitchen was nice enough. The living room had a dirty hide a bed snd no other furniture. Yes, there was a dinette and 4 chairs the lamps were cheap and mismatched. The balcony was not private and very noisy from the vents leading from the building on the side. There are no hooks to hang towels in the bathroom. Plenty of towels. The bedroom didn’t have a dresser or closet (one in the hallway). We lived out of our suitcases. The headboard had been pulled out of the wall showing the holes in the wall.

Great value, but bring extension cords!

We really enjoyed our stay. We knew from staying there before that the Patricia Grand isn‘t the Ritz Carlton, but it is great value for what you are getting. We like how this unit has a balcony facing the ocean and a small balcony in the bedroom facing the street. I believe the Patricia Grand was built in the late 80’s before cell phones, laptops, tablets, etc. and the electric outlets are really limited and the few outlets in the unit don’t seem to be where you need them. We knew this from staying at PG before so we brought three extension cords with us. So bring extension cords and enjoy your stay even more! The PG has washers and dryers every four floors so one other bonus of this unit on the fourth floor is the washer and dryer just down the hallway a short ways. What works for us when staying a week is packing fewer clothes and doing laundry once or twice.

Ok but not what was expecting.

We did enjoy our stay at this property but would not stay at this particular room again. Having the code to get in room ahead of time made things alot easier and check in a breeze. The wait for the elevator was almost always long. Upon entering the room we found it to have sand or dirt almost everywhere, on chairs tables and it appeared the bedding wasn't changed because pulling down the blanket there was already sand and dirt on top of sheet. The couch was stained and behind the pulldown bed was dirty as well. At which point we wanted to leave and book somewhere else. That being said the owner was quick at responding and assured us the room was cleaned. When asked if we could cancel the reservation, they did give us the option of refunding is or sending a cleaning person the next day. Looking for a different place to stay turned out to frustrating and unable to find something in a short period of time so we decided to stay and clean ourselves instead of waiting until next day. The pools and access to ocean were great. Staff was all very friendly. My 9 year old twins had a blast. It is located close to alot of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The parking garage was very crowded and very sharp narrow turns so we were glad we had a small car.

Beautiful view but not a private balcony

We booked a 4th floor room but got moved to the 7th floor room while everything was good we preferred a private balcony, the room was nice just no privacy when sitting on the balcony

Nice suite

This owner is great and vrbo is a good website. The hotel itself needs to actually have their heated pool open at some point in the next century, but that is not the owners fault. I so appreciated being able to bring my fur babies!!! Totally worth the price!

Clean and comfortable

The condo was clean and well appointed for a rental. Everything you would expect in a beach stay. Nice view, easy parking. Great communication with the owners. We made great use of the kitchen. The pet friendly policy was awesome.

Great for a small family!

Great view, very clean and updated. Easy access to several restaurants and shops. Pools were wonderful when we’d just had to much sun. Kitchen is very small and no storage space to speak of if you bring your own groceries, so just keep that in mind. Overall we loved our stay and totally soaked up the AWSOME ocean views from the living room balcony. Would stay here again.

Week in Myrtle Beach at Patricia GdNd 438

We had no issues at all with this suite or with the whole process. The only feedback I have to share with the owner is that more storage for clothes would be great! There are some hangers in the closet, but a couple of chest of drawers would help. We had suitcases laid open everywhere. Other than that, it was perfect! Very clean, nice suite with upgraded flooring and kitchen countertop. :)

The room was great but the upkeep of the hotel was sub standard. There was a Chick-fil-A bag and crushed Cheetos on the outside stairs going to the restaurant the day we arrived and still there four days later when we left. The dog bathroom area was always wet, little grass and no clean up bags in the box. Loved our room but disappointed in the hotel.

Beautiful space at the beach

We stayed a couple days for the weekend, to participate in the half marathon. The room was beautiful, just as described, well decorated, and lots of space. Excellent views of the ocean and very comfortable. We will be back.
