Fantastic 1-bedroom condo, recently remodeled. Features 2 queen beds and a direct oceanfront view. Located on the 14th floor, the balcony, living room, and kitchen provide stunning ocean views. The condo boasts quartz countertops in both the kitchen and bathroom, along with tasteful decor, new SMART LED Tvs in both bedroom and living room. Shiplap wall with fireplaces and sleeper sofas. Accommodating up to 6 guests comfortably, it includes 2 queen beds, sleeper sofa and a Murphy fold-down bed. Guests can enjoy both indoor and outdoor pools as well as hot tubs! Situated within walking distance to Myrtle Beach restaurants, mini-golf, shopping, and entertainment. Perfect for weekend getaways or couples looking to extend their stay! Upgraded with an LED SMART TVs and quartz countertops. The resort offers numerous amenities including a large kiddie fun activity pool, 3 lazy rivers, 7 hot tubs, and 2 outdoor pools! This condo is in an incredible resort!

Conveniently located and within steps of the beach, close to Family Kingdom Amusement Park. A short drive from Broadway at the Beach, Market Common, Ripley's Aquarium, and IMAX Theater. Many of the area's popular attractions, restaurants, golf courses, and shopping are a short drive away.

PET POLICY: Pets are not allowed from March 1 to October 31.
Pets are only allowed for long-term renters (30+ days) from November to February.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: guests will not have access to the Laundry facilities and waterpark.
AMENITIES: Starting 9/1/21, guests will not have access to the onsite restaurants (including the tiki bar and coffee shop), laundry facility, kids' slide area, or fitness center. All other water features are available, except the indoor pool in the Schooner building.
