We have always enjoyed staying here. This time the rooms seemed less prepared for guests. Our towels were dirty and the room was not as clean as in the past. Still really appreciated the helpfulness of the staff and the friendly atmosphere.

The absolute best things about this hotel - aside from being oceanfront - are 1) the fact that they have a direct phone number answered by a real person, 24-7! and 2) the staff are all super friendly and helpful! The room was clean. There's a convenience store on site. An old school community laundry room & ice machine. Great, clean swimming pool and common area with nice lounge chairs, a gazebo sitting area, and two propane grills (we didn't use the grills). No elevators, so be prepared to get your steps in if you're not on the main floor. We loved it and look forward to returning.
