I recently stayed at Country Inn & Suites by Radisson in Murrells Inlet, SC, and unfortunately, my experience was far from what I expected. The room was in poor condition and did not meet the standards I anticipated for this brand. Additionally, there appeared to be individuals in the hallways who made the environment feel unsafe and uncomfortable. I was also disappointed to find that there was no breakfast service or pool available during my stay, amenities which are typically advertised and important to many guests. It would have been helpful if the hotel had clearly communicated that they were undergoing repairs, as this impacted both the facilities and overall experience. I hope the management addresses these issues to improve future guest experiences.

Bugs, under renovation, had no breakfast, nothing was told to customers that this was going on the hallways, and the rugs were not vacuumed. Bathrooms were disgusting. Would never stay there.

We had a beeping fire alarm. I asked the front desk to send the maintenance man to replace the battery. Started out Great . The room was neglected , the first 3 days days No one checked the room had to ask for fresh towels, 2 dayes later asked if they could change the bed linen , no one came. The TV stopped working, then when it came on only able to get 4 channels, reported it , the clerk said that she check it but it didn't work. Both desk clerks was not very pleasant. The bed was finally changed on the 5th day.. nothing was done after that the elevator smelled like mold, i was ther 7 days. I appreciate that it was convenient.

Please place a note in your listing that the hotel was under renovation. Placed a reservation, checked into the room, received the keys and then was informed about the renovation? This way I could make the decision about whether to stay there And the curtain in the room, on the first floor, was not made so you could close it. only the shear could be pulled to. I could understand this on any floor other that street level? Staff was friendly.
