Though not the newest or most modern, the accessibility, parking and beach proximity was unbeatable. Loved the security for access to the bldg and rooms. We didn’t use the pools or hot tub but folks were usually there. Convenient parking and space to load/unload. Down on 21st so a little walk to busiest street shops etc but quite convenient to good seafood, Italian, burgers, breakfast etc on 23rd We liked it so much we extended 1 extra day. We even tried to book for the following bike weekend but sold out! We’ll be back next year!😊

The pictures online did not match the quality of the condo. It was filthy, there was broken furniture, mold around the vents, trash inside the pull out sofa sleeper, no seal on the main door, the digital lock didn’t match the lock hole, and the advertised ‘onsite parking’ is actually not onsite but across the street in a garage. It took multiple attempts to contact someone to address the issues.

Not the quality represented online I booked this property while traveling for a business conference because the listing gave the impression of a modern, clean, quality high-rise experience. Unfortunately, the actual experience did not match those expectations. My issue was not the layout, furniture arrangement, or décor. The unit felt stuffy, inadequately clean, worn, and dated, and the balcony door would not even open, which was another issue with the condition and functionality of the unit. There is a difference between a property technically resembling its photos and the actual cleanliness, maintenance, functionality, and overall quality experienced upon arrival. I contacted management promptly and respectfully explained my concerns. I did not request a full refund. I offered to pay for the night I had already used and simply asked to check out and receive a refund for the remaining unused nights. Instead, my concerns were characterized as differences in layout or décor, which was never the issue. As someone traveling for business, I did not have time to spend my trip troubleshooting accommodations or relocating between units in hopes of receiving the quality I believed I had already booked and paid for. I checked out early and booked elsewhere! No refund. I would strongly encourage future guests to look beyond the listing photos and carefully read recent reviews before booking. Based on the condition of the unit and the way my concerns were handled, never again.

I was in Myrtle Beach for a Firefighter's convention, so this location was great and convenient. The room was a bit bigger than your typical hotel, although I've been in some hotels that were twice this size for the money. It really needs a face lift. The cabinet doors in the bathroom were coming off its hinges. The baseboard along the vanity was off and propped against the side of the cabinet. There is a four-burner ceramic stove top, but only a small pot available, so we really couldn't use the stove for anything, unless you wanted to warm up soup or boil water. I didn't dare use the iron or ironing board out of fear it would have ruined my clothes. They both need to be replaced. The bed was rock hard. My wife slept on the couch one night as it was more comfortable. I rented this place out of convenience to the convention center but wouldn't stay here again now that I know.
