Very nice & clean condo. Excellent beachfront, top floor unit. The indoor/outdoor pool & spa options were great. The apartment was cozy, just needs some repairs & fresh paint.

The property was nicely located by the beach. The sheets, towels and interior was clean. Everything we needed were within walking distant. A nice added touch would've been 2 beach chairs and towels. We had to go out buy those at Walmart in order to enjoy the beach.

Absolutely loved the views and the kitchen available for us to make meals! Comfy little condo that was perfect for our party of 4. I seen bad reviews about the parking garage, but we had no trouble with it. Only complaint would be is that we couldn’t find anyone to obtain more towels, but that wasn’t a major issue once we found the laundry room. Would definitely book again !

Everything was great with the room and we like the fact they had stuff to cook with and it was spacious I really enjoyed everything but we did see bugs every now and then not big just the small baby ones so I think once they take care of that it would be great. I enjoyed the view as well.

Good value for the money . Not the best but certainly not the worst. The condo was spacious but could have used a good cleaning and updated . Some things were updated which helped . Great view of the ocean, right on the water .

Good location, little twin beds with stamps for pillows and cheaper mattresses. No ironing board or iron. Balconies too close together and sliding door looked like several break in attempts and loose screws. Good a/c and nice little place though all in all. A few years ago ,this would be half what we paid this time!

Check in was easy. The room was excellent , loved the fact we had plenty of moving around room. Plenty of towels, dishes and kitchen utensil. Furniture was comfortable and clean. My 3 star on commutation was because there was no mention of the parking . The sign on the garage had a bush covering it so if you were not straight in front of it you could not see it. Although the parking pass was on the fridge, again no mention of the location of the garage.

This property was amazing! We stayed at the meridian suite 305 and it was just like the photos showed! it was a little small for 3 children but that’s solely on us we could’ve booked a bigger room. The pool was great, view was beautiful! And the place was clean and fully stocked with all the necessities! The beds were super comfortable I wish I could’ve taken one home with us! This was our family’s very first vacation and we will def be booking here again! We stayed Sunday- Friday and it was quiet and peaceful, Thursday started getting a little rowdy and some people were loud and obnoxious but we were leaving the next morning so we didn’t bother to say anything! Overall it was a vacation to remember and this place was perfect for our family!

Not good. Paid for balcony, outdoor pool, spa. All closed due to construction. Not disclosed on the listing. The balcony was useable and we paid for an ocean view balcony. I’m not rich by any means, this trip was expensive for me and it did not deliver on multiple things Construction issues need to be disclosed. Balcony was not useable. Constant banging made it impossible to sleep in / do anything inside.

I would feel bad for a family expecting a nice place to stay, for vacation. I wouldn’t even sit on the furniture it was so filthy. I went to the store to buy cleaning products, to clean, I would not have stayed if I would not have cleaned. There were feces all over the wall next to the toilet and on bathroom door and handle. The whole place needed a good cleaning, also when I used the electrical outlets, half of them work and when I unplugged, a little flare came out of them. Location was great and sheets were clean. Will not stay at a condo this company owns again. Last minute stay, if price is to good to be true IT is!!!!!
