Este hermoso condominio en el tercer piso te hará sentir relajado tan pronto como entres por la puerta. Somos el primer piso de unidades sobre el lobby y el estacionamiento. La descarga es fácil a través del garaje cubierto con el uso de carros rodantes y un elevador. Maisons Sur Mer es una propiedad exclusiva de primer nivel que ofrece seguridad y muchas comodidades.
La sala de estar es espaciosa para que todos puedan relajarse y disfrutar de la compañía del otro sin sentirse abarrotados. El balcón tiene dos mesas al aire libre con sillas con capacidad para una fiesta de 8 personas. A nuestra familia le gusta cenar juntos mirando la playa. El condominio está equipado con televisores de pantalla plana de alta definición en el estudio y las dos habitaciones con cable preferido. También proporcionamos enrutador / módem Wi-Fi designado para nuestro condominio.
Se proporcionan sábanas y toallas de lujo. No se proporcionan toallas de playa. La habitación de huéspedes tiene dos camas queen size con colchones nuevos que brindan un descanso nocturno inmejorable.
El dormitorio principal tiene una cómoda cama King y un amplio espacio.
Desayune y tome un café en el balcón mientras disfruta de la brisa del mar y observa las olas. Más tarde, lea un libro junto a la piscina, aproveche el snack bar de la piscina y disfrute de un paseo por la playa. Un corto paseo hacia el sur va a Ocean Annie's (música y baile) y un corto paseo hacia el norte conduce al Arcadian Pier (arcade y pesca).
Esta ubicación está cerca de golf, restaurantes y tiendas. Tanger Outlet, Barefoot Landing y Broadway on the Beach están a poca distancia en automóvil.

I have stayed many places in this area of Myrtle Beach. Year after year. My family always come back to Michelle's condo. It fits our need is always extra clean. The area is safe. The building is safe 24/7 gaurd on duty. Near all the attractions. We love this little gem.

We used to live in a building up the street. It was nice to find an affordable place for our family to stay so we could visit most of our old friends. The Unit 104 was roomy comfortable. Nice location as shore drive seems to be one of the nicer places to stay in Myrtle Beach.

#### Great location and comfortable condo
I spent a week here during the historical snowstorm! It was a very comfortable condo with plenty of room for dinner and game night with friends! Security at the front desk was very nice and made for a feel of safety in the building at all times. The owner was very responsive to a couple of questions that popped up.

We come to this same condo every thanksgiving for the past 4 years and plan to continue our tradition. It’s cozy and inviting, it’s in a safe and quiet area of the beach. Michelle is great with communication and checking to make sure everything is good during our stay. We can’t say enough good things about Michelle and her family’s condo! It is the best place ever and at a great price

Condo well supplied, well decorated, comfortable and the only thing wrong was previous guests had carried in sand on beach chairs which we did not clean up since we paid for cleaning and cabinets need a deep clean. Surface areas spotless.

The condo was everything we had hoped for. Loved the resort and all the amenities. The stafff was super friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again. We had two kids and 4 adults and we had plenty of room. Having a convenience store across the street within walking distance was nice for getting ice.

Life happens... And hiccups come along the way. How those hiccups are dealt with is what makes it bearable or not. We did have a couple hiccups here, but the amazing communication of Michelle helped us have a fantastic week at the beach anyway! We appreciate her hospitality, excellent service, and allowing us to use her condo for the week. We definitely plan to return!

Absolutely loved everything about my stay in this impeccable unit! Everything was just as decribed, but pictures does not do it justice!! Will be my top pick every time i visit.
