Relax and enjoy the beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean from the comfort of your Oceanfront condominium in Garden City, South Carolina. This family-friendly location provides attractions for all ages. The beautiful one-bedroom oceanfront condominium 608 is located on Waccamaw Dr., less than a mile from the Garden City Pier with the beach access only an elevator ride away. Condo 608 is completely furnished with a fully equipped kitchen to accommodate our guests. In addition, a washer and dryer are included in the unit. This remarkable condo provides two queen sleeper sofas located in the living room, an open dining area with a table that seats 6, as well as a private balcony. There is a king size bed in the master bedroom with a private master bath including a tub/shower combination. Condo 608 sleeps 1-6 people only. The second bath is located off the hall with a walk-in shower. Sorry, NO pets allowed and non-smoking. Must obey by HOA parking rules and regulations. One parking pass permit will be provided during check-in. Condo 608 is ready for you to make long lasting memories!

VRBO did not inform us all the amenities weren't available. I had to find out when I arrived. Pool and deck and path to beach without having to walk around the building to public access should be noted.

Great time in Garden City
Condo was great and the beach was perfect. Only complaint is the mattress needs replaced on the king bed, other than that, we would stay there again. .

The condo was nice and the view of the balcony was beautiful but the master bedroom bed was terrible. My back ached for days after two nights and I left early to return home to my bed it was so bad. My partner said the same thing that it was hard to sleep on for her as well.

Things good and things needing improvement
Good: 1. The view from the deck was awesome 2. Beds were comfortable. 3. Kitchen utensils plentiful - well stocked. 4. Refrigerator nice and cold - ice maker worked great. 5. The luggage carts were necessary and appreciated. 6. Proximity to the Marsh Walk (about 3 miles) Needs Improving: 1. Two rolls of toilet paper for the week - come on. They're 54 cents a roll at Costco. 2. Would be nice to have a salt & pepper shaker and some coffee filters - or at least inform us ahead of time to bring those items. 3. The lights in the kitchen need to be cut by half - you can perform surgery under the current lights. 4. It would be nice to have a guide on how to work the TV in the LR and BR. 5. The handle on the outside sliding door on the deck was missing. 6. There was no dish soap of dish drainer for the kitchen sink. 7. The bath towels need to be replaced - the towels were about as rough as 80 grit sandpaper. 8. Finally, there is a rule on Horry County beaches that ONLY umbrellas can be used for shade. We have a Shibumi that we could not use and had to go out and by a beach umbrella to use for the week. We had better umbrellas at home that we didn't bring - so it would have been nice to have some warning about the Horry County Beach Rules on shading before we got there. Overall it was a good place and a great location for the price.
