Direct ocean front 2 Br condo on the 12th floor of Royale Palms, connected to Hilton, Myrtle Beach. You will be amazed by the open floor plan and the spacious feel of the living & dining area. You will also be amazed by the direct ocean front private balcony which is accessed from the living room and main bedroom.

Wake up to beautiful sunrise views from primary bedroom. Spend time to enjoy lounging outside while sipping on something hot or cold; or cook up your favorite foods to entertain your family and friends. As our guests, you are always invited to use the owners' fenced in private pool area for more secluded relaxation. For an additional fee, this condo can be rented with Unit #1201H to make it a 3 BR/3 BA combo to share with extended family and friends.

You have proximity to many local attractions such as the famous Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and Promenade downtown -- Home to the SkyWheel, the 6th Tallest Ferris Wheel in the United States. Live music can be seen at The Alabama Theater and House of Blues. Amazing ocean views
This unit is right on the beach with beautiful ocean views. Nicely situated for golfers- barefoot resort is a 5 minute drive and the Dunes Club and Grand Dunes are super close and all great courses. Also a very quick trip to Walmart to get groceries. Really enjoyed access to the Hilton beachfront bar (Wet Whistle). Property management was great. Already booked again for next year!!

Awesome condo!
This was a great location! Amazing view and super nice condo! We came for a dance competition at the Hilton next to the property and this was super convenient for our needs. The owners were super responsive to any needs that popped up. Only downside was the building elevators - one was always "down for maintenance". But this is to be expected in a high rise and not in the controll of the unit owners! Would definitely recommend and would book again if we were in the area!

We enjoyed our stay at Royal Palms condominium suite 1201. The condominium was as described and very comfortable with an ample supply of kitchen utensils, bedding, towels etc. The view from the balcony is magnificent! The building itself is well kept. The corridors were being painted and carpets replaced during our stay, but the renovations were quickly done and not at all disruptive. Navin and Chanda were very responsive to our queries, and to the only one time that we needed their help – the master bathroom lights had to be reset and someone came within the hour. Navin and Chanda also sent us timely detailed emails, so that check in and check out were very easy. This was our first experience with B2 Vacations, and we have already booked our vacation with them for next year.

Great first long term stay!
Large unit and view were beautiful as shown in listing. Nice clean building and convenient parking garage. Easy access to beach and Hilton outdoor bar/restaurant - Wet Whistle. Great beach for walking. Close to shopping, restaurants and golf. Gym 5 minute drive away was nice bonus. Overall we had a great stay!

Great beach stay for small family
We enjoyed a great week here in the busy summer! The unit is just as it is described and shown in photos. Hosts were very responsive and provided great detailed information prior to check in with specific details and follow up after check out. Great location just south of North Myrtle Beach in an area that isn't as crowded as other areas. BUT it is close to plenty shopping and restaurants. The beach area was GREAT as well!

Overall the condo was great. Agreat place to relax after a stressful year. Newyears eve was a bet loud with the fireworks. The only problem we head was cheaking in. There where 10 to 15 cars trying to unload with only 3 luggage carts. Took amost 2 hours to unload our car. Do not arrive right a check in wait til 5 or later.

November Get Away
Went to Royale Palms for first time other than summer time. Time away was great with ocean front condo and over looking the ocean every day we got up. Walking on the beach with the fresh ocean air was spectacular.
