I had to leave for a couple hrs but it did quiet down mid evening. Not a whole lot of sound proofing from the pub or road noise. The room was pretty (a couple stray long hairs in the shower) but otherwise good. My biggest complaint other than the noise was the lack of a work space. I was travelling for work so this did hamper me that night. When we checked in we were given a key to a room which was not cleaned and it was the wrong room. We then moved into a different room which had no kitchen as shown in the booking, the room was small and had hairs in the sink and shower. The bed was comfortable and staff was not friendly or accommodating. My room was very small, but that just added to it's charm. Be sure to take your special friend, 'cuz this place just drips with romance. The coat hanger was created from barn board and claw hammers.
