Sleeps up to 4 guests. Located at 656 Cottages, this premium 1 bedroom condo is a great unit for families or a girlfriend's getaway as the master bedroom features 2 double beds! The master also features a flat screen TV, hair dryer, iron and ironing board and full bathroom. There is a living room with flat screen TV, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen. The unit includes free Direct TV, local calls and WiFi. Enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine on your private outdoor patio. The condo is within walking distance to the nearby pool. No pets allowed. This condo is ideally located with easy access to wineries, downtown Napa, Yountville, Rutherford and the surrounding areas. \*\*\*Guests staying more than 5 nights will be charged the checkout cleaning fee plus an additional cleaning fee of $75 on the 6th day as well as every 5 days following. I would definitely come back to this location, but these prices and fees are ludacris. I was charged a ridiculous cleaning fee when I did all the cleaning and dumped all the trash in the unit. The toilet and shower are in room off bedroom and sink is in the bedroom. This was fine since we knew each other well but may not work for everyone. Loved that it had a back patio on the golf course that we enjoyed breakfast and drinks before dinner. We even cooked a very simple dinner one night and they had pans and utensils that we needed.
