"Housekeeping lady on her call out in the hallway super loud on speaker phone at 7:00 am .very disturbing woke up several rooms we all came out to tell her to please keep it down. Then at 10:00 hotel fire alarm went off for about 15 non stop .. all very disturbing for a hotel stay to try rest ."

"My stay at Sonesta Suites was comfortable and restful. The two women at the front desk were professional, kind, and got me checked in quickly. Unfortunately, the first room I was assigned had a strong odor of marijuana. However, the staff handled the situation promptly, moved me to a new room right away, and were very apologetic. The new room was extremely clean and comfortable, and everything appeared to be in great condition. The only issue I encountered was that there were no towels in the room, so I did have to return to the front desk to request some. Otherwise, the room was quiet, I slept well, and checkout was quick and seamless. I also appreciated the airport shuttle, which arrived within 15 minutes."

"Room had mold all over the tub, the bathroom was all dusty. A sofa chair was horribly stained everywhere, the carpet had pieces missing and to top it off when we woke up kids could not use the pool a whole day. I reached out before our stay to make sure pool was available because that’s all my boys wanted to do was swim. I will not be staying here again, they moved us to another room and it wasn’t any better. "
