A perfect stay in Neaples

Good location, walking distance to most parts of Neaples. 10 minutes walk to the station. Beds were comfortable and room big and clean. A perfect stay in Neaples.

Jeanette was very helpful throughout the process. The area itself is not the quietest or cleanest, but convenient for walking around Naples and getting to and from the train station.

Room smelled smokey and musty. Furniture from 1952 was dirty and stained. Location was filthy,trash,graphiti,dangerous characters everywhere, a slum. Naples is a dangerous trash heap. Human and animal feces next to so-called eateries. Uncollected garbage piled onto sidewalks. Afraid to take Metro had to walk everywhere. Train station packed with loitering illegals looking for victims. Avoid Naples and this property at all costs.

Really liked the option for 2 rooms, so we could park the kids elsewhere. The breakfast cafe was really good, the cornettos were always fresh (with plenty of chocolate/pistachio cream stuffing) and the coffee was good.

Tiviana was a great host. She met us, showed us to our room. Gave us advice on food, bag storage etc. Very very helpful. Great central location. Very clean, spacious apartment.

Beautiful guest house, with super-friendly, helpful staff. The room was excellent - spacious and super clean. The location is handy for train and bus links, and plenty of shops, bars and restaurants close by.

Excellent property a short walk from both the main train station and the old historic centre. Free coffee machine. Helpful staff who sent recommendations. Only downside is that it isn't staffed at all times so you have to arrange beforehand the time you will arrive to get keys etc. Would stay stay again. Thank you.

Excellent location, near retaurants, shops and railway station. Apartment was smaller what it looked on pictures but it was enough for one night stay. Host was very helpfull 👍

Naples apartment close to station

Good location. Not too far to walk from the station, in fact we walked to all the areas of Naples that we needed to. The breakfast, at the café around the corner, was excellent.

Giovanni could not help enough, the room was lovely, big, clean & tidy with a very nice bathroom too. Pleased we got a taxi to the property as it was not obvious from the roadside. Thank you for a lovely stay, we would use this property again next time 😎

Liked the guesthouse. They were largely consistent with cleaning during our stay. The coffee shop for breakfast, we enjoyed, despite other reviews about how unpleasant the employees are. We enjoyed them, the coffee and the croissants. And, the location of the guesthouse was good.

Great stay in Naples

We had a fantastic stay at Cuore Napoletano. Saw other reviews about access to the property after hours, but we had no issues at all, we were offered remote checkin but I preferred in person. Yes they do not have a reception with a person there, but they are super responsive on whatsapp, Jeanette was assigned to check us in. She was in constant communication with us and waiting for us at the property, she did our checking super fast, was very friendly, showed us how everything worked and suggested many places to eat, some of her suggestions were the best restaurants we tried. Sunday night the wifi was not working, I contacted her on WhatsApp and she answered within seconds, showed us how to reset the router! Superb service from Jeanette and Coure Napolitano! I would stay here 100% if I am coming back to Naples. The place is super conveniently located, 10 min walk to train station, 5-7 min walk to Metro station. And very close to historic centre. We didnt use the breakfast service, we like to try different places to eat and this was not a feature we cared much about… All in all, great experience, great location, great price,and awesome service from Jeanette!!! A++

The suite was very spacious and recently renovated - the separate room for our children was fantastic! It was quiet and very clean! The suite is a 10 minute walk from train station - not the most picturesque - but only another 10 minute walk to a great pedestrian area. Personally, I prefer a standard hotel with a front desk, but the host, Giovanni, was available by text for questions. However, we missed breakfast because it was in a different building and we didn’t know where this was until we had already left the city.

Clean, Tidy, Good Value

Giovanni was excellent to deal with and very responsive to all requests. The suite is handy to Napoli Centrale station about 10mins walk. The room itself was spacious, clean and tidy. Coffee machine in reception. The only cons were were a broken toilet seat when we arrived that was getting fixed when we reported it, and we ran out of shower wash - overall very minor things. We reccommend to others, good value!

Great accesible and clean suite

Small hotel is very accesible to restaurants, public transportation, and shops. We had the 2 bedroom suite. Very comfortable and clean. Building has elevator that needs coins which are given and left on reception but a 20 cent euro is needed for arrival. Owner responded quickly and accesible thru whatsap at different times. I
