The staff provide go above and beyond with their excellent customer service to make sure our stay is comfortable and efficient. While we had to change rooms twice due to uneasiness with a strange pattern on the curtains, dirty sink area, and broken refrigerator, the staff was very understanding by getting us a much better room and making sure everything was comfortable. Thank you for your service as always!

Very nice hotel, buffet options were delicious, didn’t use the amenities much but there’s a pool, sauna, karaoke room etc my room was very comfortable, didn’t like how long it took to get to Tokyo but it’s close to the airport which is good.

This property was nice Especially they provided bus transport to airport n also to train station n the nearby mall . You can tour a walkable town nearby to shop eat street food n see shrine. Overall the hotel was convenient n transport was great there’s a buffet restaurant on site which we got daily free buffet with our stay for breakfast. The downside was the air conditioning we like our room cold n we didn’t get a room that had great air system other than that we had a nice time here n Also u can do ur self laundry n they have a family mart 24 hrs on site . I would recommend this place

We are family of 5 and this hotel was super comfortable, clean, quiet. The personal was really nice. They offer a free airport and mall shuttle. Hi recommend.

Not bad for the price. The hotel had some great amenities, the best one being the shuttle. It came at frequent intervals and was never full. Their lobby is well maintained and the indoor pool felt relaxing with all the trees around it. The Family Mart in the lobby was also a bonus. However, the rooms are very dated and smelled old. The airconditioning was a problem. We had 3 rooms right next to each other and the a/c was not working properly. It was so warm and stuffy even after leaving it on the lowest setting for hours. We called the front desk to let them know and they said there was nothing they could do because it was all centralized. We're glad we only stayed one night.

Everything was excellent, except for the design of the lights in this hotel. We couldn't figure out how to turn off all the room lights but still use the washroom light and charge our phones. We knew about the power shut off that night, but suddenly one random light in the ceiling, in the middle of the night turned on, and we were awoken by it. The card wasn't in the holder to power it, so it was annoying since there's no light switches here. Other than that, very clean, quiet. Pool was good. Didn't see a button for triggering the hot tub whirlpool, though. Shuttles were great (at times packed), breakfast was plentiful and wonderful.

Great staff. Nice facilities including swimming pool, bath, and fitness center. The pool and bath was not open until mid afternoon. The Japanese restaurant looked great but we stayed on a Monday and it was closed. The Gardenia was fine though. All in all a nice place to stay and relax during our last night in Japan.
