Everything it’s great and walking distance to beautiful pools and slides, all the clear and beautiful water beaches, plenty of things to do for sure ! Do keep in mind many places around the pools and beaches close by 5:45 though! However there’s plenty of places at the marina and inside the resort where you can go eat or have a drink

We booked Mon-Fri and it was PERFECT. Thursday was a MADHOUSE... So be prepared for the crowd if you book the weekend. We had a junior suite and OMG it was beautiful. Top floor Imperial west with a gorgeous view!!! The whole property is amazing. There is so much to do on the property, you really don't have to leave but of course we did. There are 4 scary slides, a lazy RAPID river, multiple pools, the beach of course, a casino, vendors and restaurants galore and yes parties all over.. Ok, wait, there is animal life all over.... Swordfish, stingrays, all types of fish! The customer service is amazing. I will definitely book here again!!!

The Atlantis Royal was definitely a step up from when we stayed at the Coral last year. Conveniently located close to the water park, lagoon and beach. It’s really ideal for families with young kids. I would definitely avoid the Poseidon’s Table buffet…super expensive for incredibly mediocre food. Try Anthony’s which is just outside the resort or Carmine’s which is in the Marina.

We come every year for my wife’s B Day. We celebrated 55 this trip. I requested the East Tower and was put in the West at the Royal. I would never have booked this trip knowing we would be in the West Tower. This was our 21st time coming here and it will be our last. You would think that coming to any hotel this many times would flag something in there system that we visit often. Again, I would never book this trip if I knew we were staying in the West Tower. Average dinner for four is 250.00. Sea Fire was north of 450.00. We come because it’s my wife’s favorite. I think this trip put an end to a good run….

Overall a very good hotel. The rooms are a little outdated and would need some renovation here and there. The offered activities are outstanding and especially the kids had the time of their life. The staff was always friendly and helpful. The costs for meals and drinks are very high. The rooms TVs do not offer access to Netflix or any other streaming services.
