“This three story property has been poorly maintained. Pool was out of service, laundry was out of service and the elevator probably should have been out of service. It was loud from the busy highway traffic and room a/c unit. The sheets and towels were well worn and although they may have been clean, they were not very inviting. There was no USB connection so bring a wall charger. The TV did work, there was hot water, the tub and shower worked and the toilet did flush however it was shorter……

“I stayed here for one night—my first time in this area. The receptionist was very pleasant, but I was shocked upon entering the room: the top door lock was broken, and there was an unpleasant odor suggesting a lack of cleanliness. The sofa was covered in stains, while the bed and pillows were yellow and smelled as though the linens hadn't been changed. “Loved our stay”

“The lady who checked me in was sweet. However it was difficult to hear her though the glass. She also wasn’t able to photocopy my ID so I had to wait over an hour to get my ID back. Once we got in our room there was no ice bucket, only one washcloth and it was sweltering. This was ok for us since it was way last minute, and it cooled rather quickly. The toilet also had issues with flushing, and on looking into the tank the flapper valve needs replacing. Other than that it wasn’t bad. ”
