“Very bad smell in the room, dirty bed , dirty shower ( it has like blood and mucus in the shower tub , toilet is broken and dirty everywhere is dirty the couch and chair has a lot of stain it was so disgusting we don't want to touch anything and just stay only half day But It is very near to Valley Hi gate and a lot of markets”

“The lady who checked me in was sweet. However it was difficult to hear her though the glass. She also wasn’t able to photocopy my ID so I had to wait over an hour to get my ID back. Once we got in our room there was no ice bucket, only one washcloth and it was sweltering. This was ok for us since it was way last minute, and it cooled rather quickly. The toilet also had issues with flushing, and on looking into the tank the flapper valve needs replacing. Other than that it wasn’t bad. ”

“Absolutely terrible experience. As soon as we entered the room, we noticed bugs, including what appeared to be cockroaches and bed bugs. The room was extremely dirty and clearly had not been properly cleaned or maintained. We did not feel comfortable or safe staying there because of the condition of the room and the apparent pest problem. The overall cleanliness was unacceptable and far below what anyone should expect from a hotel. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. One of the worst……
