“The lady who checked me in was sweet. However it was difficult to hear her though the glass. She also wasn’t able to photocopy my ID so I had to wait over an hour to get my ID back. Once we got in our room there was no ice bucket, only one washcloth and it was sweltering. This was ok for us since it was way last minute, and it cooled rather quickly. The toilet also had issues with flushing, and on looking into the tank the flapper valve needs replacing. Other than that it wasn’t bad. ”

“My husband and I needed up staying here 4 nights and it’s very quiet nobody bothers you. The lady in the front office is understanding and helpful. Our first night I noticed we didn’t have hot water so I went to the office and within the hour we had hot water. The ac was working perfect we slept good at night. Few things it would be nice for the room to have is a hair dryer and an iron but other than that it’s a good place to stay.”

“When we first checked in The passkey did not work on the room, had to go back and forth several times finally, they assigned another room to us. The room was poorly maintained. We had only one towel, no hand towels.No washcloths, I had to request those. The sink was dirty, there were no drinking cups. The remote on the t v did not work went down to get batteries for it still did not work. Floors were dirty, not mopped properly.We ended up having to wash our feet several times. There were……

“The rooms were clean and the staff was nice It had air-conditioning. All those things were included, which was good. The only thing was the location. I’m not too crazy about the location. It was at death kept me on high alert, and the pool was empty during the visit.”
