"Awesome"

Fairfield Inn & Suites Pleasanton

10/10 Excellent

"Leticia was a great example of employee attitude & customer service. I checked in after 9pm & she got everything done quickly. She was very friendly & offered to help with any issues.I hadn't eaten so I asked if she knew if a particular local restaurant was still open. She wasn't sure, but quickly looked on the internet & told me the closing time for the restaurant. Got my food just before they closed because of her help."

"our tv was not updated like other rooms that had DIRECTV. so, we weren't able to watch tv except just local channels. Our room cards stopped working during our 2nd night. the beds are very hard and not comfortable at all. We wanted to order something for dinner to be delivered. Most places will have a list of places that delivery without having to use door dash. staff couldn't tell us anything about the local restaurants' that do deliver."

Spacious 4-Bedroom Retreat Near Lackland AFB

10/10 Excellent

"We were in town for BMT graduation.House was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Took about 14 minutes to get to Valley Hi gate in the morning, so location was great for getting to & from base. House was great for relazing with our Airman on town pass. Some of the beds are very firm, so that comes down to personal preference. The living room TV was not working but we reached out to Yuexin and he had it replaced the next day. Couple very minor observations. We could only find one washcloth in each bathroom. More would have been appreciated but not a big deal. Also, one of the neighbors dogs barked a lot. A little bothersome if you wanted to sleep in or go to bed early. It sounded like it may have been the backyard neighbor but not 100% sure. That is beyond the control of the host but thought it was worth noting. Otherwise we had a great stay and would stay here again."

"Todo me gustó mucho y el personal de trabajo muy amables y serviciales. Lo único que no me agradó fue el baño porque la puerta estaba como vieja y la cortina de shower estaba sucia con moho. Y el shampoo y acondicionador demasiado pequeños para dos personas . Pero todo lo demás estaba excelente . Muchas gracias . Lo recomiendo."
