“The property is located near restaurants and the little nightlife Natchitoches has to offer. Parking is an issue as the parking next to the hotel is extremely limited. The staff was fantastic, very friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was actually real food and not some continental breakfast of bagels and cereal. The server for breakfast was very outgoing and friendly. There was no a/c in the hallway on the 4th floor but the room a/c worked perfectly. I did notice numerous roaches in the……

“The property out side had grass grown up definitely not kept up. The room had been painted but ceiling needed repaired cracks and pieces looked like coming down. There was a few roaches, the remotes didn’t turn tv on. As far as clean room it was cleaned well. Beds looked new and comfortable. Wouldn’t stay again because bugs.”

“Second time is the charm! I complained about the breakfast, chicken patties,no sausage or bacon, and "Viola," sausage/sausage w gravy. Granted, it is the typical Continental Breakfast food fare, but plenty of options and the area was well maintained. Kitchen staff were very accommodating and friendly. All in all, our experience was a good one and I like the close proximity to the I-49 on/off ramp. Will I stay there again? Absolutely!”
