“First off, the breakfast is worth the hype. The overall value is great. The building itself is older, but they have done a good job of maintaining it and creating a nice stay. “Not really sure how this place had an 8.6 rating. Our room smelled like urine and old lady perfume. The pull out sofa had a mattress cover that was visibly dirty. My daughter picked up her backpack off the floor and a cockroach fell off it. “The house was in a good location. Only street parking is available, but it was convenient and there was always space. The house is definitely “antique”, but everything worked; water flowed, toilet flushed, lights came on, etc. Wood floors squeeked throughout the house.
