“They put us in what they already knew was a smelly room. We had to move to a different room. The maintenance guy said yes this room is always smelly. We are platinum travelers and our flight to Borneo was rescheduled 3 times. They didn't care at all. They would not refund any of our money. I would never go back here ever.”

“Property is far from attractiions, need to take Grab in/out. Furnishings are outdated and not clean. Stains are found on chairs and sofa. Washroom basin and toilet also have brown stains. Iron board had burnt marks. No hand soap, only one bottle soap and shampoo. Amenities are limited. Only positive note is customer service was responsive to my asks for the big problems. BTW, they don’t seem to check Expedia messages, you need to contact them via Whatsapp.”

“Cancelled my reservation last minute even though the payment was made and the money were taken out of my bank account I stayed in the streets with my two kids at 1:00 am midnight and we had no where to go Luckily expedia contacted with and managed to get me my money So over all it was terrible 👎”

I know it’s hard to believe, but that’s the truth! Very difficult to find as well. Also, after the so-called check in, you need to walk through the parking lot go to the seventh floor, then walk through an open area to a different building. Each of those steps, you have to wait very long for the very dirty elevators also……
