The staff were friendly cleaning staff went out of her way to help We were there in late October and it was hot and the AC didn't work thick hot covers it would have been nice to know that they closed the pool in Setember

This was a lot of fun. The property is well kept, right on the beach, and has parking. We had a great few weeks in Neo Itilo and look forward to doing it again.
