Ich gab dem Hotel eine zweite Chance, doch das Internet funktionierte nicht. Es dauerte zwei Tage, bis es lief.
Schreckliche Qualität der Bettwäsche.
Mir wurde eine Gebühr für einen späten Check-out berechnet – für ein Zimmer, das ich gar nicht verlassen wollte –, und ich wurde aus dem Zimmer ausgesperrt (ohne jeglichen Versuch, mich zu kontaktieren).
Anschließend hieß es, es handele sich um eine Gebühr für ein Zimmer-Upgrade,……
