“First off, there was no one to interact with. The doors were locked when we arrived and had to stand outside with our luggage for a few hours. Lucky someone came out from the building and we were able to sit in the lobby.
I asked for toilet paper on day 2 and no one came, I also sent a message about the AC, no luck with that since it was so hot.”

“Room is clean, but AC vents in the bathroom need to be dusted as you can see the dust is getting thick. But aside from that, the room is clean and the place is nice. It is also very near a tram station so very convenient.”

“Nice studio apartment in a quiet area of a quiet village. Well stocked with everything you may need and then some. Hosts were available for any questions or needs and live on the ground floor of the property. Great for a business trip, couples stay or small family. Would definitely return if the opportunity arrises.”

“我們有4個人，租這家附有廚具的飯店兩晚。我們準備食材打算在飯店煮晚餐，但我們到飯店時發現雖然有爐具，但却沒有任何一個鍋子（包括湯鍋跟炒鍋），有烤箱，卻沒有烤架、烤盤。
我們打第一次電話給飯店，飯店說馬上送來，我們等了一小時，打了第二次電話，飯店說20分鐘會到，於是我們等了兩小時，沒有半個人來，飯店讓我們一直等也都沒聯絡我們，我們打了第三次電話，結果飯店說晚上不送來了，要隔天早上9:00後才送，我們要求賠償，飯店要我們寫mail，我們寫了，到現在沒有收到任何回覆。
隔天早上，我們外出時，飯店送來兩個湯鍋放在爐上，一個直徑約24公分，一個約直徑12公分，不僅小，而且還很髒。這樣的服務真的太差了，附有廚具卻 不能讓人做飯，跟飯店所提的設備根本不相符，飯店是違約的。”
