“The hotel is very worn down. The rooms reek of mildew and smell like a high school boys’ locker room. Bugs on the walls and floors. No soap in the shower. So sad and dreary. ”

“Reception was fabulous, new guy I think Shawn. He handed-us the keys for a 3rd floor room. Elevator was broken! I immediately told him there was no way I could walk up three flights of stairs and he immediately changed us to a ground floor room without blinking and I Room: no pillowcases, hand towels washcloths, no coffee supplies. ”

At around 1 a.m., there were guests constantly opening and closing their room doors, creating a lot of noise. Furthermore, several people were talking loudly and laughing in the hallway, making it impossible for me to get any rest. This lack of consideration for others' comfort was truly disappointing.”
