Nice. Older building. The tile in bathroom could use a good chemical treatment but overall good. Beds were firm and towels were good. Excellent breakfast. We would stay here again if we were traveling in the area. Thank you.

On the positive side, my room was clean and the furnishings in good shape. Also, the lobby was clean and hotel staff were friendly. The negatives: the unattended side entrances to the hotel (at least the two I used) were wide open all day and into the late evening -- the magnetic locks appeared to be disabled; the side entrances and staircases were worn out and dirty; check-in process was slow, even though I was the only one there; the door to my room was open when I got there; the AC didn't work (although tech quickly fixed it); there were no bath towels and none were delivered after I asked the front desk (I got some by flagging down housekeeper the next morning); the fire alarm was tripped by an actual fire while I was there. Nobody checked my room/knocked on door and nobody answered at front desk when I called to check if it was a false alarm. No sign of hotel management during or after the almost two hours of the hotel evacuation. Finally, despite my having paid for room in advance I was charged again at check in and am still waiting for that charge to be reversed. All in all my worst hotel experience in 40 years (which was last time I stayed in a hostel).

The room had a moldy smell, the room was dirty, carpet was also dirty. Not a good experience. Will not be returning. Oh and no electricity, but I won’t hold that against them, there was a storm.

Our room was comfortable and clean, the staff was helpful and overall we enjoyed our stay. Although the restaurant and bar area was not available/closed there are alot of restaurants around. They still gave you breakfast and the variety of items you could have was great. Jarod was very helpful and friendly when asking about the room. Definetly will come back to stay here when in the area.

The restaurant wasn’t open. There were bugs on the ceiling. Water stains on the ceiling. Mildew smell. Moisture in the room. Door wouldn’t open properly. WiFi wasn’t working on day 1. Nice and friendly staff but needs major maintenance to get it up to a decent standard.
