"Excellent service and staff. Clean, comfortable, welcoming, accommodating. Fresh, warm chocolate chip cookies at check-in were awesome. Lobby coffee always refreshed and mostly hot. Good location, with lots of restaurants and activities nearby. The room itself was very nice, clean, comfortable, and quiet. Not as busy as I would have expected over MEA weekend. The pool water temperature is too cold. Even after I asked them to up this for my stay (it was cold on our last visit too!) no change. The hot tub water temperature was fine. I'd put it even hotter, but I heard other guests say "the hot tub is too hot" and "the pool is too cold". So safe to say, the hot tub is hot enough and the pool is too cold. They put pool towels in your room and you can get more at the front desk. I wish they'd just leave enough at the pool and keep them stocked. I miss the old days when hotels just did housekeeping (light room refresh, making beds, emptying trash) every day without making you ask them. It's sad that this higher level of customer care and service went away after Covid. But that's all hotels now, not just this one. That used to be a big reason to go to a hotel."

"Delightful dwelling on the prairie. Clean and quiet. Breakfast was great. Fresh berries and whipped crème available as well as the usual cereals, eggs and waffles. Giant espresso machine will deliver a latte, cappuccino or espresso pronto."

"The only down fall is the house is a little out dated and there is a half bathroom on the main level that is very difficult to use due to the framing."

"My family really had an amazing time in this rental. The space was perfect!! Very peaceful, quiet & relaxing.The ONLY downfall was we were not able to swim due to muckyness. We were still able to fish & kayak with no problems!!! EVERYONE in my family all LOVED IT!!!"

"Very beautiful home! We liked the open concept of the house. It was big enough to fit all our families needs. The host was very helpful and answered our questions right away. We loved the screen in porch...as the bugs can get bad at night. We did enjoy the new portable firepit also. The kids Ioved the loft room. They felt liked they had their own area."
