We only stayed a night while passing through on our way home to Wisconsin from Virginia. However would visit again if the opportunity presents itself.”

“Home was very clean and had everything we needed for our short stay. Our host, Marion was easy to work with and very friendly - giving us some restaurant suggestions in the area and able to accommodate us when our check-in time changed last minute and was very responsive to questions prior to our trip. Check-in was easy and the check-out process was simple and only took us a few minutes to run through the check-out to-do list. Thanks for a great stay, Marion!”

“This is a wonderful historic property if you're into a vintage stay. We were. The home is lovely.
The only disadvantages are not having a host on-site and having to get luggage up the stairs without an elevator or bellhop assitance; there are no bedrooms on the ground floor. And being vintage, it takes quite a while to adjust the temperature to where you want it. Also, it would be helpful to have television instructions; we were never able to figure out how to get anything on the TV.”
