“The rental and the experience were voth great! A beautiful home with plenty of cool amenities, great for both adults and children as they have a solid game room, arcade games upstairs, plenty of TVs and ample space in the dining and living room for congregating, playing cards or board games and just spending time with eachother. The hot tub was great and the deer would just come up in the back yard and relax while you relaxed, fun to witness. The host was VERY quick to respond to all of my texts……

“We were able to cook our Christmas dinner and get a lot of rest, which was our goal. We were lucky enough to walk in the snow the day after Christmas and had a great time!The property was clean, the beds comfortable and the bedrooms spacious. The living room was small and comfy. The instructions were clear, and hopefully we followed them well.Thank you for letting us stay in your property!”

“Our stay at Salmon Rapids was very pleasant! Our room was clean, bed was comfortable, the staff were friendly, and the free breakfast was tasty! The only complaint I have is that the pool appeared murky. Overall visit was great! I will stay again in the future.”

“This was the DIRTIEST place I’ve ever been. The bathtub hadn’t been cleaned- maybe in months. The brita water filter hadn’t been changed in so long that the water was cloudy. The main burner on the stove was filthy, and had exposed wires to the point where if we’d have cooked on it, it’s definitely a fire hazard. We booked for 3 nights and left after 1 night because of the conditions. Communication was good w management until I told them we left early and why. They have failed to respond to my……

“At the top of hotel/ARBB priorities should be quality of ce the bed. Most people have traveled a significant distance and are needing a good night sleep on a comfortable bed. This place did not fulfill. The bed had no box-spring and the mattress was so worn that management had put a 3inch foam pad that you buy from Walmart over the top. This made for an extremely soft and hot bed, which for my wife was non-issue but i weigh 200lbs and I had to move to the couch. We refused to stay the second……
