It was great!

Had a great stay! Staff was very friendly. Only negative was that the cleaning staff forgot to leave us towels. But Reylana (I think that's her name) got us fresh ones. Food and drinks were reasonably priced. Great view of the water. I would stay there again in the future.

Nice Hotel Close to freeway

Staff friendly, hotel very nice. No shuttle to airport. 22.00 a day for valet parking. Close to freeways, mall, restaurants. Close but far enough away from business district. Great stay would highly recommend. The So called Starbucks inside is really NOT one.

Overproced and rips you off for parking.

Very nice and clean hotel. A few gripes. While I have had to pay for parking in hotels in larger cities, this hotel is no where near Downtown New Orleans. The $22.00 parking fee was outrageous. There is construction going on outside the hotel, and the street was blocked off with no distinct alternative route to the hotel posted. Upon leaving at 5:30 AM to catch a flight, there was a security woman at the front desk who had to call for the clerk to check me out and also there was no valet working full time to get my car, when i specifically asked the night before if the valet is 24/7 and was told that it was. While I showed absolutely ZERO signs of panic (since I had a flight to catch), I was nonetheless told to "Chill out" by the security women. Not sure what I did to deserve the rude comment, however, it was not at all appreciated. This was the morning of February 5th, of you are reading this, Mr. Hotel Manager. So basically this is a clean and safe hotel, completely overpriced and you have to pay to park there. I'll not be returning.

Business Trip to New Orleans

The hotel room was very comfortable. The halls were quiet, so I could sleep without being disturbed. The restaurant served good food and the staff was very friendly. The location of the hotel was not the best and there is no free parking anywhere. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Great hotel for any occasion

This was my 3rd time staying at this hotel. Each and every time that I have stayed here it has been a great experience. Rooms are always very nice and above expectations. Staff made sure I was accommodated well on all levels. Love the valet parking option here as well. The valet made sure to let me know that my vehicle would be in great hands and it was. Will continue to find myself booking and staying at this hotel for any occasion that I am attending in the area.

The only thing that wasn't great with the stay was you have to pay 20 dollars a day for parking at this hotel.
