We are used to having a mini fridge and microwave. There were none unless you ask,when you book, and only a fridge. Cheap with coffee in the room, only coffee for two one time. We also were guaranteed a ground floor room, due to our handicaps, but when we arrived the first floor was on the 9th floor. Shower around the wall was filthy. Other than that it was good.
