"Super polite staff. I have stayed in many places and I cannot think of one that was better. For example, asking what floor we would like to be on (as there were options), the willingness to make sure our room was up kept daily and would come back when we were in the room late into the morning. Also very helpful with service at breakfast. Rooms and the hotel over was quite clean. Maybe the addition of a waffle maker at the breakfast bar? We travel to this area for three nights every year in December. We intend to make this our place of lodging moving forward."

"Loved hanging out at that bar / restaurant after a long drive with the staff Debbie and Jen. Upon arrival the front desk was exceptional with minor problems from my booking. But they could not have been more accommodating or professional! 8 thumbs up because there was 4 of us in party. Thank you for making the last nigh of our trip the best of all are stays!"

"other hotels in it's class should send their teams to Homewood Suites in York to learn how this should be done - absolutely fantastic! from very friendly staff to clean well stocked rooms to warm indoor pool to star of the show that was breakfast - immaculate! a very big shout out to lovely lady who made waffles for everyone at breakfast - you're great! "

"Breakfast is adequate but needs a protein item such as hard boiled eggs. Coffee was outstanding. Everything offered was fresh...just needs a protein item. "
