Matias went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. He was informative of the hotels attractions, directed me to the restaurant buffet and informed me how much it was. He also reassured me about the shuttle bus that comes to and from the hotel. I was affected by the Microsoft power disruptions, and stuck in a different country by myself. Matias reassured me that everything will be fine. He even told me to go to the room, relax and put the do not disturb sign on the door. Which was very helpful, especially when you are unable to think of these things, when the night before you spent sleeping on a hard bench in the airport. Matias is an asset to your organization! His calm voice, put my mind at ease. Thank you! The rooms were SO clean and inviting. Thank you housekeeping. The mints on the bed were the best! The bar tender at the Grill restaurant, was helpful as well and has the most organized bar I’ve EVER seen. I recommend this holiday inn to anyone who visits Newark. They saved my life. Thank you!

The room is not available and Receptionist said room is available at 3 PM after i explaining my situation(i am traveling long journey and reached at hotel i was tried). She giving the room 1:30 PM. Airport Shuttle bus was delayed for 1 hour, i was waiting for the bus in P4 of Newark airport, but it did not appear. I called the hotel, they mentioned shuttle bus should be in the P4 every 30 min. but it did not come.. Other than that, hotel was clean and good!
