Everything was perfect except the pool, it was super dirty, and they did not refund the $50 I paid at the front when I came in! It’s been 4 days already and they did not even give me the receipt

Clean, modern, pool is small more like the size of a large hot tub so a bit uncomfortable while multiple guest are present but everything was clean and our stay was great. Good location right in a very walkable area.

I did not pay attention to the hotel rating, but had no idea how bad this location would be. Those stars are 1 too many for this place. Front desk was more concerned about getting additional 'security deposit' on a prepaid reservation, while showing zero interest when I requested fresh towels (to replace the stained and dusty ones found in the room). If you like ice cold showers first thing in the morning, you can look forward to that! If you need a receipt for your records at the end of your stay, you are out of luck because they refuse to issue anything other than registration form. Apparently, dead roaches on the filty stairwell, previous customer's used towel hanging from shower rod, wet carpet near bathroom area, and dirty duvets come standard with the star rating! Noted. I now know better.

Parking was great

Clean room. Helpful staff. Decent breakfast.
