The service was not to my liking. I asked for room service and they gave me the run around. House keeping told me it could not be done since we were leaving the next day. I went to the front desk and explained what happen the young lady told me she would take care of it. We went out for a few hours and came back the room had not been changed. Bedbugs The first morning I woke up with 2 bumps along my hairline. I brushed it off as mosquito bites. The next bite was on my foot. So I stripped the bed figuring that would solve the problem. I finally had to move to another room. At 1:30am, I woke up to bites on my arm and found the bedbug. I flushed it down the toilet. Then went to reception let her know that I had bedbugs. Her response was let me see if I have a room available. After checking, I was given another room. She said maintenance would be notified. No apology for my inconvenience.
