“No front desk person on duty for more than 5 minutes so I need to yell to ask people to finally get the employee to check in. There is an incident that they allocate our room to someone else so that the stranger use the key to open the door while we already slept around 10 PM. My wife was scared to death about this incident and we thought someone is trying to rob us. Not a good experience to talk about this incidence with the property manager. We reserve 5 nights and he let us go somewhere in……

“My first impression was this might be the best hotel in the Black Hills, but then little things started to add up to make me change my mind. First, try to get a room on the ground floor, especially if you have a pet. “The Comfort Inn room was clean enough as was the property though starting to show signs of age. The price we had to pay for the room was not the price Expedia quoted to us. I was upset initially that Expedia didn't suck up the difference since the reservation was made through them but I am still upset at the property as well. They added on $8 per night on a 2 night stay ($16 total). Part of this is a fee for water. Haha We were unable to get choice rewards points as well. The female staff were……
