“Simone and Daniel are fabulous hosts. They have a beautiful property that is very clean, warm and inviting. The spa was perfect addition to wind down in after a long day. They also run an amazing winery tour business that if you get a chance to do you will not be disappointed. Daniel is a very warm and friendly person making everyone feel welcome and right at home. He has a lot of local knowledge of the area and all the wineries throughout the Hunter and hand picks his favourites for the tour. I……

“It was ok, mattresses on the beds were very cheap and hard. We ended up using all the extra blankets to put ontop of our mattress to make it more sleepable. It was 40 degrees the air-conditioning couldn't keep up. The bedrooms were hot all night. Didn’t use the spa as too much debris were falling from the tree above. ”

“Joy cottage is a charming little cottage to stay at while visiting Cessnock. It was a perfect place to relax after a wonderful day of wine tasting. Very clean, nice amenities and a lovely yard!”
