Newry Castle Hotels

Hotel was great but when we went to check n they told me the reservations where for July 2-3. Everything had should June 2-3,

This was my third stay at this hotel. It's a perfect place to do an overnight if you're interested in going to the falls in the area. The outdoor pool is huge, the hot tub is right next to the pool and large enough to feel like you aren't rubbing elbows with strangers, the ski hill and lift are in the back drop and there is a bar poolside for those who want a drink (I don't drink so I can't attest to the quality of drinks). The gym facility is really clean as well as the sauna. The...

Nothing new or fancy, but a solid well kept place to stay. Kids enjoyed the clean pool, and the staff was quite pleasant!

Amazing is a good word for it. Friendly check in, marvelous guest lounge with cooking facilities, free coffee, tea, cocoa, couple hundred books, lots of land all around including woods(good for walking dog), comfortable roomand beds, microwave and frig real helpful to those who prefer, like us, eating in, All in all, it will be our go to place for future trips to visit Maine cousins!

Nice room.

We had a wonderful stay at the Bethel Inn. The staff is friendly and helpful. Upon checking in, we found we had been upgraded to a larger room with two queen beds instead of twins, had a fireplace and a lounge area. Very nice of them. We looked out over the golf course and had a nice sunset. Ate dinner in the tavern and our food was delicious. We ate in the bar area which had a cozier atmosphere than the restaurant part. It was perfect for after a long day of skiing for us. The health...

When we first pulled up, our hearts sank. We didn't realize we had booked a room at a motel. We didn't think we'd be able to get a room somewhere else at the last second so we decided to stay despite our reservations. I am so glad we did! The Pinkham house, basically an apartment over the office, was very clean, roomy and had everything we needed and then some. The staff was very friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we knew where the best place to eat, shop and...

Great

One of the nicest hotel rooms ever. Larger room than most. Great decor. Quality furniture and cabinets. Wood trim and doors properly painted - not rolled on for quick job. Two glasses in the bathroom for guests. Dimmer switch in bath that allowed to use as nightlight. Thermostat controlled AC - NOT through the wall noisy hotel unit. Large shower. Clean new construction- but solid quality build! So wonderful and appreciated!

It was nice, don’t trust the reviews over 2 years old. I did and I was thankfully surprised that they weren’t true.

Most comfortable mattress! Room was very clean, decor could have been a little happier. Staff was fabulous, grounds were impeccable, overall a very reasonable and charming place to stay. Santa's village just down the street. Beautiful view of the Presidentials. National forest hiking trails at your doorstep!

Great location and beautiful view!

The staff and accommodations were excellent, but there is no “face covering-required” sign at the lobby door and not only did four maskless people walk in but another sneezed all over the breakfast area.
