"Staff at Reception was not smiling and that just put me off. Did not want to make much effort to welcome. Room was lovely. Very warm but i opened a window. No fridge though. Lovely dated property though. Didn't get to use pool or stay for breakfast."

"Overall a decent stay. Staff were polite and efficient with check-in and the room was clean, tidy and all basic requirements for a comfortable stay. Bathroom was surprisingly modern. Only downers were the noise from the bar downstairs (but it did go quiet after 10pm) and parking (had to park around ..."
