We stay in this hotel because it is close to Nice airport. It is in the walking distance to terminal one. Unfortunately, we need to go to terminal two. The hotel has shuttle van taking us to airport in the early morning.

12 degrees outside and no heating because it is not winter yet (answer from the reception)!!!!! They forgot to wake us up at 4:45Am....!

Pros: Marielle is absolutely wonderful. She called the airline for us and was so friendly and helpful that we felt she made our stay worth every penny. The restaurant at the hotel is quite good as well.
Cons: The rooms are pretty basic. The first room the bathroom sink didn't drain unless stopper removed. The rooms are a bed, small sofa, strange separate toilet (right by door), and sink with shower.
Location: There is a free Oriental Antiquities Museum very close by.

Convenience for the Airport Only!

We booked the Hotel for it's convenience to the airport as we had a flight out early to Naples. It absolutely stank of stale tobacco it must have been smoking heavy for years, I wasted half a bottle of perfume trying to ease the stench but to no avail. The bar area has torn leather seats. It shouldn't be carrying the Novatel Brand.

I asked the housekeeper to be more vigilant during her check because we are a non-smoking hotel and we have to propose you non smoking room even if the previous guest smoked in the room. Note also that reception is open 24/7 and the team is there to help you to find a solution. For information, the seats in the bar will be change this winter. Good airport hotel but avoid the restaurant.

Very good location if you need a hotel for airport stopover. Staff very friendly and helpful, rooms are modern and clean. The nearby Parc Phoenix is a great visit if you have a little time to kill. The hotel restaurant was the only disappointment. It's very mediocre by European standards and service was minimal.

Room problem

Pros: Good lunch. Close to airport
Cons: AC problems. Bathroom sink would not drain. Finally removed stopper even though it was in up position. No way to open widow for fresh air.
Location: Small free Oriental Antiquities Museum just around corner
Arrived to gracious desk staff but room like a sauna. Finally given another room after asking to have refund and check out. Late lunch in hotel restaurant very nice.

It's ok

It was a hassle to load your luggage if you drive.. The parking lot is in the back of the Hotel and its locked. the room is old and the AC was not cold enough. The service was terrible. But then again, most people choose this hotel because they offer the Bus shuttle to go to the airport 24/7

Convenient, comfortable, and easy. Good value.

Very convenient to airport with free shuttle or just walk over. Fantastic and congenial staff that really hustled to make our stay comfortable. Well designed contemporary room with a refrigerator. Restaurant is better than expected too. Just one night while transferring to cruise in Monte Carlo but will surely return if visiting again.
