“我們於夜晚八點左右開始尋找酒店，雖然酒店非常貼心地一早電郵提供詳細指示，但由於住宿位置非常偏僻難找，離電車站又非常遠，地點附近環境頗暗，較少街燈，我們拖著兩個行李箱，又要找路，全程又累又怕，提心吊膽。幾經波折終於到達酒店，房門一開，酒店收拾得很整潔，又有酒店送的甲蟲朱古力，但是房間卻小得放下兩個行李箱後連轉身的位置也沒有。當初相片簡介中的花園部分，是我對這次住宿期待最高的部分，結果找不到相中的花園，這不是赤裸裸的圖文不符嗎。當日完成白天行程，滿心期待在酒店得到充份休息，但結果整個住宿經驗頗不愉快。”

“First - We can’t say enough good about Martin! His communication and help was excellent our entire visit.The apartment was a great place to stay. Everything was very clean! There were detailed information sheets explaining everything. The beds were comfy! There were various snacks he left for us to enjoy. It even came with free parking for our car & train tickets to visit Bern. Our stay here was wonderful! We’d highly recommend Martin’s place!”

"使用線上check in, 要先註冊完才能拿到數位鑰匙，這間飯店很有趣，沒有制式的飯店服務，但是可以在交誼廳的地方，找到熱情的飯店人員提供相關訊息。有空調設施，在熱浪來襲的瑞士，住得很舒服，住的房型有基本設施，滿推薦的，住宿性價比高。唯一缺點，如果有油炸的烹煮，油煙不易散去，抽油煙機的排煙設施沒有做好。"
